If I want to perform social distancing only, buying the tag alone is enough ?
Yes, you can perform the social distancing with tags alone without gateway and software; the UWB gateway and software is optional only if you need the contact tracing function.
Can I define/adjust safe social distance by myself ?
Yes. It can be customized in the factory. Alternatively, it is configurable in the software (if the gateway and software are purchased).
If I want to cover space with 1000 square meters, how many gateways do I need ?
It depends on how many exits or entrances you have, regardless of how big the space is. Generally, the gateway is installed near the exit or entrance where every wearer will pass by the gateway so that the recorded data in the tags can be collected.
How can I connect the gateway with server ?
If the server is local, you can connect it with the gateway directly or through switch by using ethernet cable. If the server is cloud, you have to make sure the gateway can access the cloud via internet.
What kind of information can I see in the software ?
The intruding incident information such as Tag ID, contact duration, start time and minimal contact distance etc.;
it includes also tag battery status, tag managment, configurations of gateway and tag etc.
Does the software send command to gateway and tags through wireless or cable ?
The software sends command to gateway via ethernet cable, then gateway send command to tags via UWB wirelessly.
